For a taste of the city's culture and business culture, visit the financial district of Brickell. In this part of town, luxury condos tower over the Biscayne Bay, surrounded by surf 'n' turf grills and rooftop bars. Art galleries and fashionable boutiques draw the business and banking crowd to the area. The Miami River can be crossed via the Brickell Avenue bridge, which offers great views of the park.

With easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment, Brickell has become Miami's financial district. In fact, Brickell has the highest public transit ridership of any neighborhood in the city. Locals adore the free Metromover, which offers rides on three loop lines with stops every couple of blocks. The system also connects to the Metrorail, which offers service north of the Brickell Avenue Bridge and south of the district to Coconut Grove.

Nearby neighborhoods include the fashionable Wynwood district, which is famous for street art and murals, and the Miami Design District, which boasts top-notch retail and dining. Other neighborhoods in Miami include the historic Coconut Grove and the Venetian Pool in Coral Gables. The Biltmore Hotel is one of the oldest in the city, and the Miami Design District is a hub for high-end shopping. A four-level shopping and dining complex, known as Brickell City Centre, is another great attraction. Whether you're looking for a place to spend your afternoon shopping, visiting museums, or dining, Brickell has it all. You can even visit one of the best-known bars in town, Tobacco Road.

For a taste of fine dining, head over to the Brickell City Centre. It's filled with upscale restaurants and a waterfront walkway with spectacular views of the Miami River. For those interested in art and culture, the nearby Arsht Center for the Performing Arts is a must-see for visitors. Featuring 300 performances a year, the Arsht Center is a premier cultural destination. The museum also hosts a popular music festival. It also features two excellent museums. The Brickell Run Club hosts weekly group runs, and there are also several boutique fitness studios within the neighborhood. SoulCycle and FitBox Method are just a few examples of the gyms available in Brickell. The Miami Metromover stops at SW First Avenue and 12th Street.
